Daily Dudley - Episode #42 - How to Fight Back against Low Energy & Excitement

I am struggling this morning. No doubt about it. My workout had less energy my enthusiasm to start this week is lower, my excitement to keep moving is slightly diminished. You could blame the weather, you could blame Game of Thrones, you could blame yourself and wait until the storm passes. OR You could understand why you feel this way. And for me, it’s because of a lack of direction. I know today I have to set that new direction. I do that with these four questions: 1) Where am I right now and what do I have? 2) Where do I want to go or what do I need? 3) Why do I want to go there or need it? 4) How am I going to get there or get it? Re-focus, Re-energize and keep walking into the storm.
